Terms & conditions
Website and booking terms for JDM Everafter.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the JDM Everafter website and to enquiries and bookings made through JDM Everafter, a brand of JDM Travel Co, an independent travel agency based in Shropshire, England. By using this website you agree to them.
Using this website
The information on this website, including destination, legal and climate notes, is general guidance only. It is not legal advice, and requirements for marrying abroad can change. Always check current official requirements for your destination before booking. We try to keep the site accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry or planning form does not create a booking or commit you to anything. Any suggestions or quotes we give are subject to availability and are only confirmed once we issue written confirmation.
Who your contract is with
We arrange travel and wedding services provided by third-party suppliers, such as tour operators, airlines, hotels, venues, wedding coordinators and transfer companies. When you book, your contract for each service is with the supplier concerned, and that supplier’s own booking conditions apply. We will give you, or tell you where to find, the relevant supplier terms before you book, and we will explain clearly whether your arrangements form a package.
Payments, changes and cancellations
Deposits, payment schedules, amendment fees and cancellation charges are set by the suppliers you book with and will be confirmed in writing before you pay. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will help you through the supplier’s process.
Financial protection
Flight-inclusive packages booked with us are ATOL protected through our membership of an ATOL-licensed group (ATOL 12564). Customer payments are protected through Protected Trust Services (PTS 6090). JDM Travel Co is IATA accredited. We will confirm the protection that applies to your specific booking.
Passports, visas, health and legal requirements
You are responsible for making sure that everyone travelling has a valid passport, any visas or entry permits, any required vaccinations, and all documents needed to marry in your chosen destination. We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance from the time you book.
Our liability
We will use reasonable skill and care in arranging your booking. We are not responsible for the services provided by suppliers, except where the law or your booking conditions say otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
